No mystery, no waiting on a form
Every step below is handled by a person, not a queue. If you are ever unsure where your file stands, call your matchmaker and ask — that is what they are there for.
Register
5 minutesSend the basic details through the website or over the phone. Registration is free and takes a few minutes.
Verification
1 working dayWe call you, complete the profile and check an ID, education and marital status. Only then does the profile go on the register.
Shortlisting
Within a weekYour matchmaker searches the full register against your preferences — including profiles not published publicly — and sends you a shortlist.
Introduction
As both sides are readyWhen you express interest, we approach the other family first. If they agree, we share details and arrange a first conversation.
Horoscope matching
2 – 3 daysOn request, our astrologers prepare a guna milan and dosha report for a specific pairing before the families meet.
We stay available
ThroughoutYour matchmaker remains the point of contact through the conversations, the meetings and, when it comes to it, the engagement.
What we will not do
- Publish a profile we could not verify
- Share your contact details without asking you first
- Sell you a plan when we do not have suitable profiles for you
- Promise a timeline for finding the right person — no one can
Questions about the process
A government photo ID, and where relevant the highest education certificate. For a second marriage we also ask to see the divorce decree or death certificate. Documents are checked and then stored securely; they are never shown to other members.
Yes, and most of our registrations come from parents. We do ask to speak to the prospective bride or groom directly during verification — an introduction goes better when both know it is happening.
Tell your matchmaker and we will put the profile on hold. It stops appearing in searches and receiving interests, and nothing is deleted. Resume whenever you are ready.
