You will get a profile number straight away. Our team then calls you — usually within a working day — to complete the details, collect photographs and verify the profile before it goes on the register.

Nothing is published until that call. If you change your mind before then, tell us and we will delete the record.

  • You send the basicsName, whether it is a bride or groom profile, and a phone number. Everything else is optional here.
  • We call youUsually within one working day, to complete the profile and answer your questions.
  • We verifyA government ID, education certificate and — where relevant — proof that a previous marriage has ended.
  • You go on the registerOnly then is the profile visible, and only in the form your privacy settings allow.

Yes, and most of our registrations come from parents. We do ask to speak to the prospective bride or groom directly during verification — an introduction goes better when both know it is happening.

Yes, at any time and without giving a reason. Ask your matchmaker or write to us and we will remove the profile and the documents we hold.
