1. Registration is free

Registering and verifying a profile costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund at that stage. This policy concerns membership plan fees only.

2. Full refund

You are entitled to a full refund of the plan fee if:

  • you cancel within 7 days of payment and we have not yet made an introduction; or
  • we have made no introductions at all during the plan term; or
  • we cancel your membership for a reason that is not a breach of our terms by you.

3. Partial refund

Where introductions have been made, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis: the plan fee, less the value of the introductions already provided, calculated against the number the plan included. We will show you the calculation before processing it.

4. When we do not refund

  • The plan term has expired and the included introductions were used.
  • The membership was removed for a breach of our terms — false information, misuse of another member’s details, or harassment.
  • You are dissatisfied with the outcome rather than the service. We introduce; we cannot guarantee a marriage, and a refund is not available on that basis.
  • Charges paid to third parties on your instruction, such as an external horoscope report, where that work has already been done.

5. How to request a refund

Write to info@anubhandhamatrimony.com from the email address on your profile, or call your matchmaker, quoting your profile number. Tell us briefly why. We do not require a formal application.

6. How long it takes

We respond to every refund request within 7 working days. An approved refund is processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

7. If you disagree with our decision

Write to us and ask for it to be reviewed by the proprietor. We will look at it again and give you a written answer. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
