A plan buys you a defined number of introductions and the matchmaker’s time — the shortlisting, the calls to the other family, and the arrangement of a first meeting.
There are no hidden charges and no commission on marriage. Whatever a plan says it includes is what you get, and we will tell you before you pay if we do not think we have suitable profiles for you.

Your profile stays on the register and remains visible, but new introductions stop until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Partly, and it depends on how far the service has been used — the Refund Policy page sets out the exact terms. If we have not made a single introduction, we will refund you in full.
No. The plan fee is the whole cost. We do not take a percentage of anything, and we do not ask for a "success fee" afterwards.
Yes. We credit what you have already paid against the higher plan and charge only the difference.
